  charla informativa sobre el control ético de las colonias felinas tendrá l
 ugar el jueves 18 de noviembre en la Biblioteca Pública de Ávila, a partir 
 de las 18.30 horas.<br /><br />Se centrará en el cuidado, la alimentación y
  la colaboración ciudadana. También se abordará el método CES (Captura, Est
 erilización, Suelta) como solución que se ha demostrado eficaz para el cont
 rol de la población de gatos.</p><p style="margin: 15px 0px;">La entrada a 
 la charla, que se enmarca en el convenio de colaboración entre el Ayuntamie
 nto de Ávila y Huellas para el control de animales en el casco urbano, será
  libre y el aforo, limitado.</p></div></div>
